So my old Central Payment portfolio was sold multiple times ended up with Global Payment. They announced discontinuing payments of my Central Payment residuals book of business. That's is violation of my agreement with Central Payment. Other companies had honored it before. That's fine. I've moved all the business out of there sometime ago due to customer service issues.

Version business is so bad with rates. I have been a loyal business customer for over 20 years. In the last year the price creeper up by over $100
So after tell them I was going to drop them they reduced it by $110. I spend over $3240 yearly with them. Now the reduction is good for one year and then they will send me new offers. NOT A GOOD WAY TO RETAIN LOYAL CUSTOMERS

So the new credit card regulations basically are trying to be transparent. But the truth of the matter is if you charge a credit card that charge is already calculated in the cost of doing business.

New York has passed this wonderful credit card law. So cash discounts must list the credit price as true price. There was nothing wrong with the old regulations. Another srew up by the State of New York.

New York State's governor has passed a law regarding credit card surcharges, which is different from cash discounts or dual pricing. The law only applies to surcharges, which I don't sell.
