As I hold back tears 🥹, I am SO EXCITED to announce our 2025 Allegiant Tax Academy Graduates!!!! 🎓🎉

These amazing individuals have truly shown what dedication and perseverance look like! 💪 They completed over 36 hours of Tax Law, Tax Updates, Ethics, and Due Diligence — and they showed up for EVERY single class ready to learn. 📚🙌✨

I try not to have “favorites” 😌… but THIS CLASS right here...They were ALL engaged, they ALL asked questions, and they were NOT shy at all — and I absolutely LOVE that in a classroom setting! 💛
AND GUESS WHAT?!
They ALL PASSED THE EXAM — with the BEST GRADES in Allegiant Tax Academy history!!! 🔥📈👏 AND, we have a few more students on the way...

Happy Giving Tuesday!
Let’s talk about NEPOTISM really quick — the legal kind...

Hopefully, everybody is giving today, but one of the best “gifts” you can give is knowledge… so here’s a gem for my business owners:

Nepotism, often has a negative connotation, but it can actually be beneficial for your business! Yes, nepotism can actually work in your favor when you do it the right way.

When your child legitimately works in your business — filing, cleaning, packing orders, social media help, answering phones, etc. — you can pay them a reasonable wage for real work. In return:

✔️Their wages become a deduction for your business
✔️ They can earn money tax-free up to the standard deduction
✔️ You shift income from your higher tax bracket to their lower one
✔️ And you’re teaching them work ethic + financial literacy

That’s the kind of family “nepotism” that actually builds wealth! 💪🏾

So on this Giving Tuesday, give to charity, give to your community — but also give your kids a job and give your family some tax strategy.
