Quick question for Houston-area business owners: Do you think your business is safe from flooding because it's not in a "high-risk" zone?

If so, you're not alone. But here's the reality — a large percentage of flood claims come from properties outside designated high-risk flood zones. Low-to-moderate risk doesn't mean no risk. It just means you might be paying less attention.
