Celebrating Marshall Dearing’s Promotion to Partner!
We are excited to announce that Marshall Dearing has become a partner at Vector Wealth Strategies!
Marshall’s journey with Vector began as a college student through our VectorNEXT internship program. After completing his internship, he joined our team full-time in 2020 as an Associate Advisor. Over the past six years, Marshall has grown from a young advisor learning the business into a CFP® professional, Senior Advisor, and now an owner of the firm.
“Marshall is exactly the kind of person we had in mind when we began building a path from internship to ownership at Vector,” says Jay Dryden, Managing Partner. “We wanted to create a place where talented young people could come in, learn our business, develop relationships with clients, grow as leaders, and eventually have the opportunity to own part of what they helped build. Marshall has done every bit of that.”
Throughout his career at Vector, Marshall has distinguished himself through his commitment to clients, his continued professional growth, and his ability to build meaningful relationships. He has also embraced the values that have shaped our firm from the beginning: working hard, playing hard, and making a difference. Outside of Vector, Marshall serves on the Board of Directors for Community of Hope and continues to find ways to invest in the community around him.
Marshall’s promotion is an exciting milestone for him, but it also represents something bigger for Vector. With both Marshall and Nick Jackson beginning their careers through VectorNEXT and now becoming owners of the firm, we are seeing our vision of developing the next generation of Vector leadership become reality. “We aren’t simply trying to build a firm that lasts for the careers of its founders,” Jay added. “We want to build something that can continue serving families and making a difference for generations. Watching Marshall grow from an intern into a partner makes me incredibly optimistic about where Vector is headed.”
