• Seasonal position starts in January 2022 and ends in April 2022.

• Handle incoming calls, greet and direct clients appropriately, and correspond professionally through email.

• Miscellaneous tasks to support the partners, which will vary from partner to partner.

• Run errands as needed which could include the post office and various banks.

• Function as tax administrator which includes intake of client info, assembly of tax returns, maintaining workstream for tax projects and contacting clients.

• Receive and transmit telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly, using the telephone, telephone message pads, fax machine, copy machine, and personal computer.

For all small businesses that qualify, the most recent stimulus bill provided funding through the SBA to help cover payroll for the next couple of months.

The program is called the Paycheck Protection Program. As long as the funds are used for payroll and a handful of other specific expenses, the loan can be forgiven.
