Receptionist
Responsibilities and Duties
• Seasonal position starts in January 2022 and ends in April 2022.
• Handle incoming calls, greet and direct clients appropriately, and correspond professionally through email.
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the partners, which will vary from partner to partner.
• Run errands as needed which could include the post office and various banks.
• Function as tax administrator which includes intake of client info, assembly of tax returns, maintaining workstream for tax projects and contacting clients.
• Receive and transmit telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly, using the telephone, telephone message pads, fax machine, copy machine, and personal computer.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
• Proficient with general office equipment and the Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance

Education:
• High school or equivalent (required)
