Ingredients
💛 Rotel Dip
1 pound lean ground beef 90/10 recommended
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
16 ounces Velveeta cut into 1-inch cubes
10 ounce can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies undrained

💛 Hawaiian Macaroni Salad
Macaroni Salad
16 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked according to box directions, drained
½ cup carrots, finely grated
¼ cup sweet yellow onion, grated
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
Dressing
2½ cups mayonnaise
½ cup whole milk
2 teaspoons granulated sugar

💛 Dill Pickle Pasta Salad
16 ounces rotini pasta (cooked, drained, and rinsed in cool water)
2 cups whole dill pickles, diced and reserve juice (about 5 large pickles)
1½ cups cheddar cheese, cubed (or Colby-jack cheese)
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dried dill
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried parsley
2 tablespoons dill pickle juice

💛 Creamy Cucumber Salad
2 English cucumbers, sliced ⅛-inch thick (approximately 1 to 1¼ pounds)
¼ cup sliced red onion, ⅛-inch thick (from about a quarter of a medium onion)
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1 ½ teaspoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon black pepper

💛 Classic Coleslaw
1½ cups mayonnaise
¼ cup milk
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 bag coleslaw mix (10 ounces)
1 cup carrots, shredded

💛 Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders
1 pound ground beef crumbled
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
3 ounces cream cheese cut into small cubes
½ cup barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 to 2 packages Hawaiian rolls may not use all; I used 1½ packages to fill a 9×13
2 cups cheddar cheese grated
1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
½ cup salted butter melted
1 to 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
