We hear this take a lot. And while onboarding absolutely matters, it is not the whole story. A temp worker who is not the right fit will struggle no matter how good the onboarding is. That is on the placement, not the process.
Which is why at HJG we obsess over fit before day one even happens. Because the best onboarding in the world can not save a bad match.
Both sides have to show up. Companies need to onboard better. Staffing agencies need to place smarter.
