Feeling a little lost this year. Like you can't make the right choice who you want to file your taxes. Let's start with some simple tests they should be able to pass.
1. How long have they been in business, and do they have a store front.
2. Experience of the preparers at least one of the preparers should have over 5 consecutive years of experience.
3. Are your questions getting answered truthfully, or are they just being blamed on something or someone or else when there is a valid explanation.
4. If the only advertisement they are doing is negative Facebook blasts with bad grammar. You might want to look for someone with more maturity and business savvy, since after all it's your money and name that your trusting these people with.
