🐾 We’re PAWS-itively excited to announce our 2026 Supply Drive benefiting a few local animal shelters and rescues in the Jacksonville area! 🐾

From June 1–30, we’ll be collecting much-needed items to help care for furry friends waiting for their forever homes, or for those waiting to go back into the wild after rehabilitation (see below details for rescues receiving these donations).

Our office will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Our NuVenture team unexpectedly lost someone very special to us.

As you all know, we have hosted our prospective dinners at III Forks almost monthly for about 5 years now. Jeff was our head server for every single event. He not only executed seamless events for us, but put a smile on our faces every time we saw him. He always knew the right things to say, gave the best advice, and truly cared about us, and every person that walked through the door of III Forks.

Jeff is now resting with our Lord, looking out for his family and friends from above. He will be deeply missed 💙

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of a III Forks legend, Jeff Kern.
For 16 years, Jeff was a cornerstone of our Jacksonville family. To call him a "pro" is an understatement; he was a master of his craft who loved this city and this restaurant deeply. Whether he was leading a major event or welcoming a regular back to their favorite table, Jeff did it with a passion that was unmatched.
Jeff passed away at the age of 65. We will miss his leadership, his spirit, and his presence in our dining room.
Please join us in keeping his family and friends in your prayers.
Rest in peace, Jeff. 🤍
