If you are eligible, an HSA is a great way to save for healthcare expenses while also saving taxes. A common misconception is that these accounts are "use it or lose it", but that's not accurate. That is the FSA (Flexible Spending Account). Funds contributed to an HSA (Healthcare Savings Account) can remain in the account year after year if not spent.
