We love to kick off June first thing celebrating a great partner, and Paige Coyle has reached her first milestone anniversary, Happy 5th Paige!!! Paige is a great example of the new era partner, 6 months on the job, and she was already training others and working with the customer as she hit the ground running inspecting the New Balance 👟 pig 🐷 leather. This kind of responsibility and trust wasn’t given in previous eras until you had been with the company for 3-5 years. Post Covid definitely found us in a new time with partner turnover, business and volume growth, and a dependency on partners like Paige to show initiative and assert herself. She got so good at the pig program review, she was trusted to give objective feedback on batch quality and color uniformity, effectively advising production and the customer at her peak!
The past 2 years, she has branched out to cross train in Coloring, running formulas and strikeoff drums, and more impactfully become a valued member of our Color 🎨👩🏻🎨Match team in Finishing. She has a lot to learn yet here, but shows tremendous potential, and her path of learning Pig, Inspection, and then color on Cow 🐮 in both Color and Finish is unique to her and will serve her greater understanding, acumen, and perspective as she continues to grow and glow ✨!!
Paige, has been recognized every year in the company by peers as someone who embodies many of our values. She is a former Ownership ambassador and is often fielding votes for Strong Woman 👱🏻♀️! This year she earned votes for Jane Cool 😎, Selfless and this one for Grit -

Recently completing a Daring to Lead training, Paige, established her top 2 personal Values as Accountability (Ownership) and Confidence (Growth). Anyone that knows her personally and professionally would acknowledge she lives her values! We are thankful 😌 and thrilled that she does it with us!!
