🎃 Happy National Pumpkin Day! 🎃

It’s officially that time of year—pumpkins on the porch, pumpkin spice everywhere, and the annual reminder that apparently everything can be pumpkin flavored. 😂

Whether you’re carving one, baking one, decorating with one, or just enjoying fall, today is the perfect excuse to celebrate the season. 🍂

So, important question: Pumpkin spice—YES or NO? 🤔🎃

👔 Happy Boss’s Day, Eric!

Some people are fortunate enough to have a great boss, and I can honestly say I'm one of them!

I'm grateful for the trust you place in me, the opportunities you've given me, and the way you always make me feel appreciated. But beyond all of that, I'm especially thankful for your kindness, understanding, encouragement, and the fact that you genuinely care.

Having a boss who believes in you is one thing but having someone who supports you through more than just the workday is something pretty special.

Thank you for all the big things, the little things, and everything in between. I appreciate you more than you know!

🤸‍♀️ Happy National Gymnastics Day! 🤸‍♀️

Today we're giving a special shoutout to Miranda's niece, Brooklyn! ❤️

Gymnastics takes strength, determination, confidence—and a whole lot of practice. It's always fun watching Brooklyn work hard, learn new skills, and do something she enjoys.

Keep flipping, flying, and having fun, Brooklyn! 🤸‍♀️✨

Who else has a gymnast in the family? We'd love to see a picture!

Today is Boss and Employee Exchange Day when Miranda and I are supposed to switch roles for a day.

This is absolutely terrifying for me! 😨 But not because I’m scared of what being an employee to Miranda as boss would be like, but rather what it would be like performing her role.

The reason our team works so well isn’t because I’m a better boss or because she’s best suited as an employee, it’s because we each excel at our own responsibilities.

There is no way I could serve in Miranda’s role as well as she does…nor do I want to try.

But in the spirit of Boss and Employee Exchange Day, I promise that Miranda has no challenges being a boss…she gets great practice every day! 😂

📸 It’s National School Picture Day! 🎒

Remember picture day at school? The fresh outfit, carefully combed hair, and that slightly awkward smile when they told you to say “cheese!” 😄

Today, we are throwing it back to our own school-picture days. We may have changed a little since then…but we’ll let you be the judge! 😂

School pictures have a funny way of capturing a moment in time—and giving us something to laugh about years later.

Now it’s your turn! We’d love to see your school pictures, too! 📸 Drop one in the comments and join us in the throwback fun! 😊

🌊☀️ Happy National Beach Day! 🏖️

Nothing says summer quite like sunshine, sandy toes, and a day at the beach!

Today we’re featuring Miranda’s nephew, Brock, enjoying some beach time this summer. 💙 With school back in session and summer quickly winding down, it’s fun to look back on those sunny days spent making memories by the water.

Here’s to making the most of these final summer days and creating memories along the way! ☀️🌊

🐾 Happy National Dog Day to Dixie and Ribby! 🐾

These two take me on walks, share their couches with me, occasionally “help” at the office, and protect me from squirrels and delivery drivers. 🐶❤️🐶

But most of all, they just make life better.

Celebrate your pups today with extra treats, belly rubs, or a walk…I know I will. 🦴🐕

Feel free to share a photo of your furry family member with us!

Happy National Son & Daughter Day

These 3 bring me immense joy and pride. I’m grateful today and every day for them.

They’ve all grown into successful adults, very capable young people.

How fortunate am I that they still call me Dad, still ask for advice, and share laughs and tears (and pay for their phones!)

Thanks to Will, Annie, and Catie Grace for my opportunity to recognize National Sons & Daughters Day!
