As always our information deadline is April 1st for our guarantee to file by the April 15th deadline. Still waiting on information for your returns, no worries we can get that extension filed and work as quickly as possible once the information is turned in. The extension is good through October 15. Like every year I will be out of the office during the first part of October hunting. All my clients who are currently on extension, the deadline for you to turn in your information and be guaranteed to be finished before the October 15 deadline is September 15th. We're about a week from the official start of tax filing season for individuals and businesses filing season has begun already. We're open for drop offs on Saturdays (our secure drop box is always available). IRS has determined that January 27 will be the start date for income tax filing season for individuals. Any Earned income tax credit refunds may be delayed into March as they try to validate each credit before dispersing any refunds.I will be ready to help, just message me for drop off service. This year again we have a secure drop box for clients located by our front door. Also back again this year is the large sign out front and a secure portal for those who don't want to mail or email documents. Have a great day! I look forward to seeing everyone again this year.
