Wilfred W. Bailey, Sr. - Retired from Wells Fargo in Charlotte, NC in 2007 as an IT Project Financial Consultant after 32 years of financial experience. Since retiring, he has managed his accounting and tax service while returning to Wells Fargo as a Project Financial Manager, consulting on major IT projects. Bailey graduated from Appalachian State University with a major in accounting. He also holds an MBA from Winthrop University. He is a Certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor and a Notary Public. Sharon LaPrade Bailey, CPA - Is a Staff Accountant for the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority. She provides the birds eye view of the accounting firm and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of North Carolina. Bailey graduated from Winthrop University with a major in accounting. She also holds an MBA from Winthrop University.
