Happy 1st MM Anniversary, Florence! She is just what we needed in the Springfield office and on the Admin Team. We are blessed by Florence’s work ethic and care for her coworkers. She is always willing to take on whatever is thrown at her, even if she has never done the task before (which is rare). She is capable, inquisitive, caring, and hospitable; just to name a few of her attributes, and we are blessed to have her on our team.

Happy 11th MM Anniversary, Kacy! She started in the KC office and was part of the original Springfield branch office team. Her calm demeanor and steady confidence helped provide a sound foundation for Springfield’s growth. Kacy’s consistent graciousness with her clients and co-workers is truly a gift.

Happy 12th official MM Anniversary, Chris! {With several other "un-offical" years before}. The staff appreciate his calm demeanor and the support he shows to us. And his teaching, leading, and IT capacity for the company.

His faith is evident in office prayer & chapel times. And he truly cares for our clients and the future of MM. While still being able to be available for his family.

Her skills of leadership, problem solving, and attention to detail have helped shape what Miller Management is today. Not to mention her genuine concern for clients and staff. She is there from the beginning with sales calls, new client onboarding, and all the questions that come with this transition to outsourcing.

And also, she is the one to ask about your personal life, make sure we all understand what is happening, and treat us like the humans with complicated emotions that we are. She knows that the unity and connection those extra steps provides makes us all better at our jobs.
