70 years at that pace is over 10 years of life spent on their phone.
Is that productive, useful, or at least fulfilling time? Most likely not. So, chances are, you have time.

A good place to start is to look at your screen time.

Cut screen time in half and regain years of your life:

Delete apps you don't need. Turn off notifications for all apps.

Only put the 5-10 critical apps on your home screen.

Turn off “Raise to Wake” so you do not get distracted when you pick up your phone: Settings -> display and brightness -> toggle off Raise to Wake.

Take 10 minutes to do this now. It could literally save you years.
