Aloha everyone! This year we will not be allowing in person office appts due to the craziness of this pandemic still going on and with our numbers in Hawaii going up every day, we have decided it's best for the safety of our clients and for us. Aloha everyone, as you know the Federal deadline for taxes have been extended till July 15th, 2020 and the State of Hawaii deadline has been extended till July 20th, 2020. We will still be open up until the 30th of April on a daily basis except for Sundays, after that we will be available via email or just call the office at (808)456-8700 and please leave a message because we will be checking the messages at least twice a week up until the ending of July 2020. After that you will be able to leave message or it will go to the call center. We have tried to still prepare our clients taxes as fast as we could regardless of the coronavirus situation. We ask that all of you be safe and try to stay healthy and we hope to see you all again next year, hopefully next year will be a brighter and happier one! Aloha

Aloha everyone, The office has been closed but we will be reopening on Jan 21st 2020 but you can call the office phone from the 1th on and will be redirected to Momi's cell. You can also start dropping off your tax documents after the 11th on the desk. As for my 9th island connections, please feel free to call (808) 456-8700 after the 1th also and we will be able to assist you with instructions to mail or email your tax documents. Westside Taxes does all the different States taxes and also business taxes as well, so it doesn't matter where you live, we do it!!

Aloha everyone. Well as you all should know by now, we have moved and will be operating out of home this year due to City & County rules regarding businesses in a storage unit. Funny, all these years it was okay and now when the State needs monies for all their mistakes in budget handling, they take away from the small, local businesses and say now that we have to obtain building permits, which by the way takes months to even get an application in. So being tax season is here and I don't have months to wait, we were asked along with majority of the businesses there, to vacate from Hawaii Self Storage because they didn't want to take the blame. We are now at 91-1011 Kawaihuna Street in the Kaupe'a subdivision of Kapolei, next to the Middle School and High School. You can google us or just call us, the phone number is still the same (808) 456-8700. Our hours are pretty much the same also. Mondays thru Sat for the month of January from 9 am to 7pm and then Feb from Mondays thru Fri from 9am to 8pm and Sat and Sun from 9am to around 3pm or 4ish , depending on the amount of clientel needing to come and drop off or appt. Closed on Superbowl Sunday, of course...You all should know that already..LOL!!! We will officially open on the 13th of January and the IRS will start efiling this year on the 19th, so if you need to come in earlier, just drop off paperworks and I can still start the preparation process and just send them off on the 19th...Hope to see you all soon...Aloha

Aloha everyone. We are still at Hawaii Self Storage and are open. Our hours will be from today 9:00am - 3:00pm and so on till this Friday the 16th from 9:00 till around 6:00 depending on how busy we are. Our normal hours will start on next weekend Tuesday from 9-8 at night. We are open on Saturdays from 9-4:00 and some Sundays from 9-3:00 but call first due to us leaving early if it is slow. Our phone number is still (808) 456-8700. This year the IRS has came out with a new tax credit that some people will wualify for and others won't. It is very important that you all let the receptionist know whether or not you had health insurance last year. Please go online to the IRS site and read about the ACA (Affordable Care Act) tax credit to be alittle prepared as to why we would need that info before preparing your taxes this year. We are still in Kapolei at the Hawaii Self Storage and phone number is still 456-8700. Hope to see you all there again, this coming tax year, 2014. Just a reminder, because of the Federal shutdown the IRS is reminding people that they will be accepting tax returns later on in Jaunary or as late as the 12th of February. But you are all welcome to come and have your returns prepared early and we can put them on hold till the day the IRS does start e-filing...Same agenda as last year....Aloha and may you all have a safe and wonderful holiday season!!!

Reminder!!! We have moved to Kapolei. Postcards will be sent out this week to our clients notifying you all of our location. You can also email us at [email protected] As soon as our phone lines are operating through Oceanic, we will be able to receive calls. We are hoping for that to happen by Monday the 14th. Hope to see you all again this year!! :>) Reminder also that we still accept drop offs, alot of people do take advantage of this service and we usually try to have it done faster than waiting for an appointment with Momi!!! Hey everyone, we will be at a different location this year due to my lease being up in Sept. at the Waipahu office...We will be at 719 Kam Hwy Suite A208 in Pearl City, where the old Social Security office used to be or maybe some of you know it as where Studio Kiss or Diego's Tacos or Antonio's Pizza is....I will be on the second floor facing Kam Hwy. The phone number will also change and Haw'n Tel says it won't be on till around the 3rd of Jan...Talk about ssslllllooooowwwww service!!!! Oh well, the new number will be 456-8700. You can still call the cell at 953-4443 and get directions if don't know where this new location is, but if no answer on the 4th of January then call the new number 456-8700...Hope to see you all there again!!!!
