As 2025 approaches, several important updates to 401(k) plans will take effect. With this in mind, we wanted to share one key impact for employers:
✅ Automatic Enrollment – New 401(k) and 403(b) plans will require businesses to automatically enroll eligible employees at a minimum contribution rate of 3%. This aims to boost retirement savings by making participation the default option.
