Jonathan Lemus has been with 1st Source since 2024. He specializes in tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll. He is dedicated to maintaining compliance with tax laws and regulations tailored to the client.
Jonathan is currently enrolled at Kennesaw State University and is pursuing a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Construction Management. He is known for his proficiency in Spanish and English as well as his willingness to make sure that the clients’ needs are satisfied and that their experience is as smooth as possible.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing the guitar and piano. He also enjoys working out.

Octavio holds a degree in International Business from Miami Dade College and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Accounting from Kennesaw State University.
In the office, he specializes in payroll, bookkeeping, and client advising. He strives to help clients stay organized, compliant, and confident throughout the year. Octavio combines professionalism with a warm, approachable style that reflects the firm’s commitment to making every client feel like part of the family.
Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, especially cheering for his favorite team, Real Madrid.
