This week's staff spotlight is one of our Professional Staff, Fletcher Bailey!

I am Texas born and raised. I have lived elsewhere, but Texas has always been my home. I was married last year around this time to my beautiful wife and love to fill my days spending time with her and all of my many pets. I went to the University of Texas at San Antonio and got my master’s degree in accountancy. I just started at DavidsonFreedle in March, but the time I have spent here has been fantastic! DavidsonFreedle has already shown a drive to support me in my professional development, and I look forward to many more years of working and growing with them.

This week's staff spotlight is one of our Professional Staff, McKenzie Fine White!

I was born and raised right here in Kerrville, TX before heading off to get my Bachelors and Masters at Baylor University. After college, I married my high school sweetheart and began my professional career at Ernst & Young in San Antonio during which time I completed my CPA certification. In early 2023 I joined DavidsonFreedle, and my husband and I made the move back home to Kerrville. I have enjoyed my time at DF very much and have gained invaluable relationships within the firm and our community.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Tres, and our sweet 9-month-old daughter. She is the light of our life. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking, and a good glass of red wine. I am currently serving on the Steering Committee for Leadership Kerr County and greatly value community involvement.
