The Texas Title Insurance Guaranty Association has stated effective October 1, 2026 title companies across Texas will now collect a $3.00 guaranty fee vs. the $2.00 fee we currently collect. For those of you who create seller net sheets and buyer estimates, we will send another reminder out prior to this date so you can give your clients the best estimates possible. ✅
