Our hearts are with everyone impacted by Monday's tornado across our Fox Valley communities.
We are incredibly grateful for the first responders, utility crews, public works employees, volunteers, local businesses and community organizations who have worked tirelessly to keep our neighbors safe and assist with recovery efforts.
We've shared the latest recovery information from Winnebago County below, including community resources, shelters, cooling centers, donation needs, and assistance available.

Never operate a generator inside your home, garage, basement, crawl space, or near windows and doors. Always keep generators at least 20 feet away from your home to prevent deadly carbon monoxide poisoning.

💧 Boil Water Order
A boil water order remains in effect for:
• Village of Fox Crossing residents east of the Fox River
• City of Menasha residents served by the Village of Fox Crossing water utility
• 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗼𝘅 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
Residents staying in emergency shelters are also asked to continue conserving water.

A city-wide curfew remains in effect for the Village of Fox Crossing and the City of Menasha from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. until further notice. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱.

Residents are strongly encouraged to shelter in place and avoid traveling into the City of Menasha unless absolutely necessary. Keeping roads clear allows emergency responders, utility crews, and recovery teams to work safely and efficiently.
