Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to support our team during tax season. This role may be part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling available. The ideal candidate will have tax preparation experience and be comfortable working efficiently in a busy seasonal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare individual and business tax returns
• Review client tax documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding tax questions and information requests
• Maintain organized records and workflow throughout tax season
• Assist with other accounting support tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:
• Experience preparing tax returns
• Familiarity with Drake Tax Software strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with QuickBooks and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Skills:
• Prior work in a tax office or CPA firm
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
