Rachel and Jessica recently had the opportunity to attend the Women in Agriculture Conference, and they came back inspired and energized!

The conference kicked off with a powerful message from Tara Barrett-Duzan, who shared her personal story of stepping up on the farm after experiencing the loss of loved ones. Her resilience and determination set the tone for a meaningful and impactful event.

Throughout the day, Rachel and Jessica participated in a variety of breakout sessions, expanding their knowledge and gaining new insights into the ever-evolving world of agriculture. From practical strategies to innovative ideas, each session offered valuable takeaways they’re excited to bring back and share.

The conference wrapped up with an encouraging message focused on women thriving in agriculture—reminding attendees of the importance of giving themselves permission to grow, lead, and succeed.
