Had a great time yesterday presenting to a local group of female business owners at the small business Sister Circle coffee and connection meeting!

Profit is often an afterthought and business owners commonly are in the mindset that if they just work harder and longer, they then will see and take a profit. Unfortunately, more sales do not always equal more profit. As revenue increases, so do expenses.

Profit First (established by Mike Michalowicz) is a system designed around taking profit FIRST, no matter how new your business is!

Meet Becca and Austin - Founders of Build Bookkeeping

Becca earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in just four years while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and organization skills allow her to excel at anything that she puts her mind to.

Becca’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for identifying gaps in the way things are being done and building processes in order to make them better has led her to start the bookkeeping business. She saw a need in the real estate industry for reliable and efficient financial services that were tailored to the specific needs of real estate professionals.

Austin received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse while also working full-time in inside sales and ministry. After graduating, he established The Siewert Group, a dedicated team of real estate agents serving the Milwaukee and La Crosse areas. They specialize in working with residential home buyers and sellers as well as small to mid-sized real estate investors, collectively selling well over 100 homes annually.

In recent years, Austin has expanded his real estate portfolio by investing in rental properties. In just four short years, Austin has purchased over 110 rental units and over $10,000,000 in real estate owned, achieving a multi-million dollar net worth by the age of 25.

With hands on experience in both the retail and investment side of real estate, Austin now consults other investors and entrepreneurs on how to make good sound financial decisions based off of their financial reports, not based off of emotion and hope.

But Austin’s success goes beyond his business ventures. He’s a man of faith and strives to serve God in everything he does. With a deep passion for hunting, fishing and the outdoors, Austin has found a way to combine his passions with giving back to the community.

As a dedicated mentor, Austin works with underprivileged and at-risk youth, using the outdoors as a platform to share God’s love and show them a better way in life.

Becca and Austin together are here to serve the needs of real estate professionals across the country.
