We’re seeking a Mid-Level Bookkeeper who is detail-oriented, proactive, and takes pride in helping businesses succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team while confidently managing their own client portfolio and projects with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients
✔ Process Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
✔ Prepare and process payroll
✔ Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records
✔ Assist with tax compliance and filings
✔ Prepare financial reports and reconciliations
✔ Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional client service
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in payroll, AP & AR, cash flow management, and tax compliance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and deadlines
• A self-starter who thrives independently while contributing to a team environment
• Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding client service
