We got to take a few lucky clients to a Seahawks tailgate party and game last Sunday! As you can see we all had a blast. I love getting to spend these moments with clients-turned-friends. Go Hawks!

Today, we a special local highlight: Kia Gutiérrez, LMFT, and her NEW book: Emotions as Messengers!

What if your emotions aren’t the problem, but messengers pointing you toward your deepest purpose?

In Emotions as Messengers, Kia Gutiérrez explores how we can learn to listen to our emotions with curiosity. Drawing from psychology, trauma-informed care, and Christian faith, this book offers a practical framework for understanding what our emotions may be communicating and responding in a way that builds connection with ourselves and others.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, anger, grief, overwhelm, or simply trying to understand yourself a little better, Emotions as Messengers invites you to stop fighting what you feel and start becoming curious about why you have emotions in the first place.

Kia Gutiérrez, LMFT, is a therapist, writer, and speaker who helps people understand the connection between emotions, relationships, trauma, and faith.

Emotions as Messengers: A Faith based Guide to Understanding your Emotions to reconnect with God, Yourself, and Others is available now on Amazon: https://a.co/d/0fNoBWFs [a.co]
