Our Client Success Experts play a critical role in supporting, troubleshooting our software and building relationships with APS’ clients. The primary functions of the Client Success Experts are handling inbound client requests via call or email, processing payrolls, remote support with clients, client surveys, custom reporting support, as well as writing, maintaining and testing process documentation. Client Success Experts primarily communicate with our clients via phone, email and our new ticketing system.

WE ARE HIRING!

The Customer Service Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and troubleshooting our software as well as building relationships with our clients.

Job Duties:

• Process payrolls
• Provide remote support to our clients
• Conduct client surveys
• Provide custom reporting support
• Create, maintain and test process documentation
• Create data formatting (primarily in Excel) to import, balance and verify employee and historical payroll data

•Must be friendly, personable, customer service focused and have well-developed interpersonal communication skills. Our clients primarily interact with our Customer Service team so it is imperative that there is a commitment to APS’s high standard of service and building trustworthy relationships with our clients.

•Eligible for paid time off, holiday pay, overtime and APS's benefits package.
