LC Rebound is a comprehensive plan to strengthen and secure the future of Lake Charles. Projects in the plan will be funded by modernizing the city's tax structure, NOT through a tax increase. Goals of LC Rebound:
• Keep Tax Rate the SAME - no new taxes
• Improve Aesthetics of the City
• Invest in Hard Infrastructure
• Strengthen & Increase Resiliency for Future Natural Disasters
