If I come across as rude or direct, please understand that it is usually because I have reached my limit with professional incompetence—especially when that incompetence causes real harm to clients.

What I cannot tolerate is watching professionals fail to do their jobs properly, leave clients dealing with the consequences, and then refuse to take accountability for their mistakes. It is even more upsetting when the client has a language barrier and placed their trust in professionals who were supposed to guide, protect, and advocate for them.

Recently, I began working with two new clients who are dealing with serious problems resulting from what appears to be significant failures by an accounting firm and an insurance company. These clients trusted the professionals they hired, and now they are the ones left trying to pick up the pieces.

I genuinely feel for them, and I will do everything within my professional ability to help correct the problems, advocate for them, and get things back on track.

Professional competence matters. Accountability matters. And when people place their finances, businesses, or livelihoods in your hands, their trust should never be taken lightly.

Let’s party. 3 corporations 30 bank statements to manually reconcile. When the day ends you head home and keep working. That’s what it means to own your own business.

I won’t lie the color coding is fun. For example repairs and maintenance are in orange and Auto expenses would be in blue. Once done it makes it easier to transfer to Excel and subsequently onto Quickbooks as a journal entry. It’s a bit backwards but we do what we must with what the client provides and deliver on time.
