đ¤What does the next generation of financial advisors actually look like in action?
One of the most rewarding parts of what we do at Whitlock Wealth is watching the next generation step into the profession with purpose and curiosity.
Over the past few weeks, Bryce King has been helping Joseph Chajka get acclimated to his internship, and together theyâve been out in the communityâlearning, serving, and connecting. They recently attended the Mason Small Business Development Centerâs Navigating the Entrepreneurial Journey workshop series, a hands-on, action-oriented program designed to listen to real business owners and help solve real challenges in real time. Experiences like this deepen their understanding of entrepreneurship, resilience, and what it truly means to support a local economy.
They also attended the Aging Gracefully Spring Expo at Potomac Mills, an event focused on helping individuals and families navigate important topics like healthcare, financial planning, housing, and long-term well-being. Spending time in environments like this reinforces an essential truth: financial planning is not just about numbersâitâs about helping people live with confidence, clarity, and dignity at every stage of life.
This is the culture of service we believe in.
đAt Whitlock Wealth, development does not happen in a classroom alone. It happens in conversations, in community spaces, and in moments where listening matters most. Seeing Bryce mentor and Joseph engage so actively is a strong reflection of the kind of practice we are buildingâcollaborative, client-centered, and rooted in continuous growth.
We are excited about what lies ahead for both of them and grateful to see the next generation already contributing to the future of our firm and the communities we serve.
đIf you are thinking about how your financial life connects to the bigger pictureâyour goals, your family, your legacyâwe would be honored to be part of that conversation.
