I regularly tell potential clients NOT to pick a tax preparer promising guaranteed refunds. This is exactly why. The amount of incorrect (most likely fraudulent) returns I have fixed the last couple years has been astounding. Please find a trusted tax preparer, not someone who promises the stars before even seeing your tax information. 🙏🏻
