Being a small business owner is like being a tree in a forest, there are so many it's hard to stand out above the crowd. Here at First.Stop.Solutions we provide support for small business owners who are doing it all with little to no help and need a reprieve.

Our Pierce County Charter is our local Constitution, which is reviewed ONCE a decade. Thankfully, we just elected our new Pierce County Charter Review Committee, and we want to let them know what’s important to us for change in Tacoma and Pierce County, *before* they make any proposals on changes or ballot measures

As we know, Ice is in town and receiving aid from our sheriff’s office. Let’s demand the end of their cooperation and tackle shifts to the power structure and its oversight by placing pressure on County Council and the review process, now

We can affect:
• funding distribution and budgeting authority
• balance of power and authority between the sheriff’s office and county council, and how independent it is from other county branches
• oversight and review, and clarified specific roles between the sheriff and county leadership
