You may have noticed that we are expanding our office and we are growing our team as well! We are searching for an administrative assistant to help our office with general clerical work with the ability to grow into a higher-level position. We are looking for someone with Excel and Word knowledge who is organized with the ability to multi-task. The responsibilities for this position include:
• Answering the phone
• Greeting clients upon entry
• Filing and copying as needed
• Assisting other staff with data processing
• Monitoring and replying to emails
• General level data entry
