Yesterday our president, Brian Saranovitz, got stuck in the elevator at our office. The Leominster fire department came to his rescue. Thankfully.

While he waited, somewhere between the first and third floor, he crafted a client email so at least he made good use of the time in limbo. I would have been breathing into my purse.

After a moment of panic (and oh shoot I'm going to be late for my meeting), he quickly realized that he could push the HELP button.

As he did it, he thought about how Your Retirement Advisor is the help button for his clients...whether they feel stuck, in limbo, panicked, facing an emergency or maybe (and hopefully) they're in a safe place, but just need a little help or guidance.
