Our companies are a product of our father/grand father's accounting firm that was established in 1956 in Dallas, Texas. The firm primarily consisted of investors, operators, and drilling companies in the oil and gas industry. During the 60's

and 70's the clientele began to spread across many industries. Today, we have a staff of professionals working on a broad client base. They include entrepreneurs, manufacturing companies, service organizations, software development and freight/transportation.
