⭐️A condo has to be FHA approved in order to use FHA financing to buy it- talk to your lender!
🧠Be prudent and ask your agent pull tax records to see if the property is a condo or a townhouse if the property you’re considering is attached.
💻The listing agent may have not have done their due diligence and may have advertised the property as FHA eligible when in fact it is not.
