As some of you may have heard, a Texas federal court has issued a NATIONWIDE preliminary injunction which has suspended the requirements of the BOI filings. Whether this is temporary, meaning the filings will still be needed at a later date, or permanent is yet to be determined. But as of now the filing requirement is halted and the 12/31/24 deadline is no longer applicable.
