One of the first things I like to teach my clients is: whenever you do something (move crypto from one exchange to another, open a new bot pair, spend crypto on something), you should WRITE IT DOWN! Or at least a couple of the details to help jog your memory when it comes to tax time later and you wonder what in the heck you were doing!
But lately, Iโve gotten into a TERRIBLE habit of assuring myself that I will remember everything just fine and leaving it all in my head.
Or, worse yet, taking a screenshot of something, but never bothering to label or file the screenshot!
Ack!!!!
Not only does my computer desktop and mind get SO CLUTTERED, but pretty soon I just have a huge mess and I canโt think straight, and who wants to take the time to figure it all out?
I spent last weekend trying to clean up my life a little, including using a to-do list app (to get things out of my head) and practicing some better filing and sorting habits (like labeling the screenshots and filing them off my desktop every night!)
The good news is: when you put off cleaning up for a while, it becomes easier to sort things into useful files (because you have enough of something that itโs easier to identify what category it belongs to!)
The even better news is that you can start better habits TODAY!
