From college roommates to business partners, they’ve built a thriving practice and a culture where people come first and purpose drives every decision.

Last month, we attended NM Lincoln’s First Annual Master’s Scramble to raise awareness for childhood cancer, with proceeds benefiting Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation 🍋⛳️

DWE Generations also earned a Winners Circle finish for Lincoln ensembles, submitting over half the total lives written in the month of April.

Nebraska teams came together for updates from leadership, perspective on supporting and connecting with women in our industry, and time with colleagues across the state. We closed the day recognizing CFO, Cari Brown’s impact and legacy. We’re grateful for all she’s given this organization and wish her the very best in retirement!

💡 Our biggest takeaway came from the Home Office: the need for strong, well-built firms has never been greater. As more families, especially baby boomers, begin transitioning their legacy, the opportunity to step in with clarity and guidance is right in front of us.
