It's the most wonderful time of the year. We temporarily forget that Excel exists, the calculators are silent, and the only numbers we're tracking are Christmas cookies eaten.

No emails, no meetings, no math, we are closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Let's meet Adam Neustel! Another face behind the magic....and the chaos!

After wrapping up his studies and college football career at the University of North Dakota, he joined our team in 2025. The burly balancer hung up the football pads, picked up a calculator, and now runs entirely on coffee while crunching the numbers.

He snatched the role of only guy in the office away from Jaden (which naturally comes with a long list of 'other duties as assigned'). If it doesn't involve heights or a ladder, he's game for it, especially if it's a crossword puzzle. When he's not balancing the books, you'll find him outdoors, hunting or fishing or kicking back with a good movie and a strong cup of coffee.

Brains, brawn and a solid sense of humor? We'll take it.

Take a looksie....here is April Weight!
April teamed up with us in 2024 and brought her superpower with her: the uncanny ability to drink caffeine all day and still reconcile those bank statements. Always cool (literally), calm and collected, she's the one rocking the sweater in July. April brings the best customer service voice in the biz. It's like sunshine through the phone.
When she's off the clock, she is all about cozying up with a good book, a little shopping, baking something delicious, or hanging with her sweet little family. She balances ledgers, lattes and life like a pro.

Say hello to Belinda Noonan!

Belinda jumped into the action in 2024 and hasn't slowed down since. When she's not wrangling numbers or processing a payroll, you'll find her in the yard (or field, or court) playing all kinds of sports with her son. She's teaching good sportsmanship the hard way - by beating him fair and square every time.

She's a cheesecake connoisseur, travel enthusiast and home design ju**ie who can't resist unique old architecture. She has a sharp eye for anything with character!
