I’m Tiffany Young, President & CEO of VFG Associates, a second-generation family business founded by my father more than 50 years ago. Carrying on his legacy while leading our firm into the future is one of the greatest honors of my life.
I’ve been serving families in the financial industry for nearly 15 years and hold the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™ (AWMA®) designation. My passion is helping individuals and families gain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind about their financial future.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and daughter, training for a run, curled up with a good book, or planning our next travel adventure.

Derek is also a devoted husband to Gizelle and proud father of five. His commitment to family, faith, and service shines through in everything he does.

Feeling incredibly blessed and grateful to have had the opportunity to present for newly engaged couples through the Catholic Church at St. Kenneth Parish 🤍💍
Walking alongside couples as they prepare for the Sacrament of Marriage is such a joy, and being able to share wisdom, encouragement, and faith at the very beginning of their journey together is truly humbling.
Marriage is a vocation, and I’m so thankful to be part of helping couples start this beautiful chapter on a strong, faith‑centered foundation. God is so good 🙏✨
