nance of your accounting records. I also provide assistance in auditing your financial records to see items that might have been missed prior to finalizing your monthly financial records. I can provide a monthly balance sheet, profit and loss statement, accounts payable listing, accounts receivable listing and a listing of the general ledger detail, I can also tailor this to the wishes of my clients. I also can help you with payroll. I can help clients setup business organizations of all types. I can help set up a Corporation (C or S), Limited Liability Company, Partnership, or a non-profit organization. The setup includes all forms being sent to the state that you wish to set up your entity. The client is responsible for all fees to setup the entity. My fee to set an entity up is $100 plus expenses. I ask you either pay for the fees or you reimburse me for the mailing and filing fees. The setup includes requesting your tax identification number and filing the first statement of information for the selected state. I decided to go into business to help my clients with some of the more difficult tasks of business such as accounting, payroll, setting up a business and filing your taxes. My experience comes with utilizing my accounting experience working for small businesses like yours for the last 15 years and more. I have experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger. I also received my training in preparing income taxes from Liberty Tax Service. I founded my business because I saw what tax preparation services such as Liberty Tax Service or H & R Block were charging consumers to do a simple tax return. My motto is “tax preparation for the common man”. My fees are dramatically lower that the tax preparation services I just mentioned.
