Today, July 4, 2026, we celebrate a remarkable milestone, the 250th anniversary of American independence. Two and a half centuries ago, a bold idea took root; that people could come together, build something bigger than themselves, and keep working to make it better with each generation.

That same spirit shows up in our workplace every day. It is in the way we solve problems, support one another, share ideas, and occasionally survive meetings that probably could have been emails. Like the country we call home, our team is strongest when we bring different perspectives together, stay committed to a common purpose, and remember that progress is a group project.

So today, as fireworks light up the sky and grills across the country work overtime, let’s take a moment to appreciate not only America’s history, but also the people around us who help make our shared future brighter. Thank you for the energy, dedication, humor, and teamwork you bring each day.
