If you file a Tax filling extension ….. well time is up! Is due next week. If you’re due a refund you can file after the due date up to Oct 31, then the efile system shuts down until Feb 1.

Fact!!! It happen on an escrow last February. The outside ring didn’t work because it was disconnected and owner had install a new one by the door. Inspector and buyer didn’t care. They still requested the ring bell to be fixed.

Monday Jan 24th is the first day to file your 2021 tax return. I don’t advice to run to file as in my experience the first ones to file usually suffer any glitches on their software and the refund takes longer. Wait at least until Feb 1 to file. But, if you must run to file we are here to assist Monday - Saturday 9am -8pm. Appointment is recommended to avoid any wait time. Walk ins are welcome. Let’s make 2022 our year of goal accomplishments🤗
