A boy graduates from high school and as a graduation present his father hands him car keys and says, "Congratulations, this is a car I bought a while ago... It is a few years old. But before I give it to you, take it to a car dealer in the city and sell it , see how much they offer.”

The boy came back to his father and said: "They offered $10,000 because it looks very old"
The father said: Ok now leave there and take it to the 2nd hand car dealer down the road.

The boy returns to his father and says: "The 2nd hand car dealer offered $5000 because it is an old car and requires costly repairs before they can resell it"

A father asked his son to join a passionate car club in the community and show them the car. The boy joined the club and took the car to a car show the car club was hosting. He returned from the show and said to his father: “Some people in the club offered me $100,000 because it is a rare car that is in very good condition, with great potential.”
