A little more press about the merger for Kristin and Joe with Blue & Co.

The accounting and consulting firms of Stuedle, Spears, & Company PSC (Louisville) and Blue & Co., LLC have announced their partial acquisition, effective January 1, 2022.

We have some BIG NEWS to share with everyone! After nearly 50 years in business, our firm will be moving in some new and exciting directions in 2022.

While we feel this will be good for all of our clients, we will as a firm be moving in four different directions. Our offices at S Hurstbourne will be closing, and we will each have a new address as of 1-1-2022.

Joe and Kristin Stuedle will be merging with Blue & Co. CPAs with several of our employees. Kristin will be a Director at Blue & Co and Joe will be Principal at Blue.

Craig Spears will be opening Spears & Company in KY PLLC as the managing partner.

Garry Mattingly will be opening Garry D Mattingly CPA LLC as the managing partner.

And we couldn't be happier to share that our Audit Manager, Brian Cobb, will be starting his own audit and attest firm of Cobb & Associates PLLC, and as act as managing partner as well.

As you can imagine, we are all a bit in flux, nervous, excited and at moments overwhelmed... but we are each making big steps every day to start the year right for our clients.

We know there are many options out there for accounting services, but we do hope our clients will join us at our respective new homes!

We will always be family, and we will continue to love, respect and wish each other well in our new ventures!
