We're honored to be recognized as one of Louisville's Best Places to Work and grateful for the incredible team that makes CCM such a special place every day. This award reflects the dedication, collaboration, and culture our advisors and employees have built together.

2026 Best Places to Work in Greater Louisville issued by Louisville Business First. Eligibility is limited to organizations with at least 10 full time or part time permanent W 2 employees (excluding owners or partners) located in Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham, or Shelby counties in Kentucky, or Floyd, Clark, or Harrison counties in Indiana; remote employees must report to a physical office in one of these counties and may not participate in another region’s contest. To be considered a Best Place to Work, companies must complete a nomination form and pay a $250 nomination fee ($300 beginning January 2, 2026), register with Quantum Workplace when prompted in late February, and conduct an employee survey by March 6, 2026. All nominated companies receive an Overview Report summarizing survey results, regardless of finalist status, and Louisville Business First recognizes finalists and announces top companies in late spring, with leading organizations profiled in the publication.
