We are looking for a motivated tax preparer to prepare income tax returns for individuals and small businesses. Duties of the tax preparer include but are not limited to: Communicating with clients to assess filing requirements, accurately completing the income tax return, and educating clients about their returns. The Ideal candidate should have an active PTIN, the ability to communicate with clients and the desire to help people succeed. If you have previous experience in income tax preparation, we’d like to meet you.

Individual Income Tax deadline is fast approaching! Deadline this year is April 18, 2022.

To ensure we can have your personal return done before the April 18 deadline, we need all documents in house no later than March 11, 2022.

We will do our best to get all returns done by deadline but cannot guarantee the completion of returns dropped off after March 11, 2022.

If you cannot get all of your documents in by March 11, 2022, please send an email to [email protected] requesting an extension no later than April 18, 2022. Extension requests MUST be made in writing. We are unable to accept extension request by phone.

All uncompleted dropped off returns in house on April 18, 2022 will automatically get an extension filed. There is no need to call and request one.

If you do not request an extension by April 18, 2022, we are unable to file one for you and your personal return will be considered late by the IRS.

Jesse Lee Kennedy, Jr., 79, died Tuesday, February 22, 2022. He was former owner of the old J K Electronics in Okolona and a member of Shively Masonic Lodge 951. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Wathen Kennedy and is survived by his wife, Mary Jo
