Between March 17th and April 6th Equifax reported incorrect credit scores to 300,000 consumers. If you were denied a mortgage, loan , or credit card during that timeframe you were most likely affected by this error. Reporting drops in scores between 20-30 points which can change your credit rating from good to fair or fair to poor. Contact Equifax to see if your score was impacted by this glitch
